Nicola Slaney's Colours of Kiribati has proved to be one of 2011's most successful patterns.
Nicola's inspiration for the colours in the collection came from a trip to the central Pacific Island of Kiribati (pronounced 'Kiribas'), and is summed up in Moorcroft Pottery's own description:
Geometric petals of turquoise and coral blues twist in seas of colour among clouds of white stamens and avocado green leaves.
I have to admit this is one of my personal favourites.
